Sara Siegel is a licensed Physical Therapist with over 20 years of experience. She has worked in both hospital rehabilitation facilities and private homes. During this time, she has helped patients transition from rehab to home and provided guidance on modifying their living spaces to age at home independently. Sara is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Binghamton University and a Master's in Physical Therapy from Temple University. She started her career as a Physical Therapist (PT) at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains, NY. Over the last 15 years, Sara has worked in clients' private homes and has gained extensive experience in making their living spaces safe and accessible to restore and maximize patient mobility. With her vast knowledge and experience in physical therapy and private home care, she smoothly transitioned to launch a new business, Home Living Modifications PT. PLLC.

Home Living Modifications PT, PLLC takes a practical and comprehensive approach to assess the physical needs of the aging population and clients with disabilities. Our team evaluates each client's home to determine safe and practical solutions that allow them to continue living in their homes for as long as possible. We provide a wide range of services that cater to the individual's specific needs, including installing grab bars, renovating bathrooms and kitchens, and more. We are committed to helping you or your loved ones live comfortably and safely in your home. Our team will assist you throughout the process to ensure the highest standards of quality and care.
