ASSESSMENT
Our healthcare professionals are trained to evaluate both the home environment and the functional abilities of the individual. This enables us to create personalized solutions that cater to your current and future needs. A Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) will assess each room to identify solutions for your safety and mobility issues. We will provide you with a customized report and review the options available to make your home more accessible, efficient, and secure.
PLAN
We will be there to assist you throughout the entire process of coordinating your job to ensure a seamless experience. Our Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) will oversee your project with local contractors and monitor all aspects of the job. We are also flexible and can work with your preferred contractor if you have one. Once the job is complete, we will use our medical expertise to train you and your caregivers on how to use the new modifications in your home.
